Pour 3 personnes:

  • 250g de coquillettes (on a pris des complètes, faudrait pas non plus trop exagérer!!),
  • 5 tranches de « toastinettes » au cheddar (les orange, donc),
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de sauce Worcestershire,
  • 5 tranches de bacon, coupées en fines lanières,
  • 1 poignée de gruyère,
  • poivre noir fraîchement moulu.

Faire cuire les coquillettes 6 à 7 minutes. Elles doivent rester al dente. Les égoutter et les remettre dans la casserole.

Couper le fromage en petit morceaux. Les ajouter aux pâtes, bien mélanger avec une cuillère en bois pour que le fromage fonde et enrobe les pâtes. Ajouter la sauce Worcestershire et le bacon. Poivrer et bien mélanger.

Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Verser le contenu de la casserole dans un petit plat à gratin. Saupoudrer de gruyère râpé.

Enfourner jusqu’à ce que le dessus du gratin soit bien doré.

Une pizza comme une tarte flambée

Lors des soirées foot, on ne déroge quasiment jamais à la règle « bière & pizza »! Et presque toujours de la pizza maison, sauf les soirs de grande flemme. Mardi soir, on a rassemblé les fonds de frigo pour garnir notre pizza à l’alsacienne. Pour la pâte, on a repris la recette de Jamie, parfaite!

 

Pour deux gourmands, devant la télé:

  • 500 grammes de farine,
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel,
  • 1 sachet de levure de boulangerie,
  • 1 cuillère à café de sucre en poudre,
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive,
  • 325 ml d’eau tiède.

Pour la garniture:

  • 2 gros oignons,
  • 1 petite brique de crème fraîche légère (on a utilisé de l’allégée à 3%, ça convient très bien),
  • 1 tranche de lard fumé,
  • 100g de gruyère,
  • poivre fraîchement moulu.

Tamiser la farine et la mettre dans le bol du robot. Y ajouter le sel. Mélanger et faire un puit au milieu.

Dans un petit bol, mélanger la levure, le sucre et l’huile d’olive. Incorporer l’eau et mélanger pour dissoudre la levure. Laisser reposer 5 minutes jusqu’à ce que le mélange commence à mousser. Verser ce mélange au milieu de la farine. Commencer à pétrir doucement avec le crochet du robot. Pétrir jusqu’à ce que toute la farine soit incorporée et que la pâte se décolle des parois du bol.

Rassembler la pâte en une boule, la replacer dans le saladier et le couvrir d’un torchon. Laisser la pâte lever dans un endroit chaud pendant 1 heure, ou jusqu’à ce que la pâte double de volume.

Dégazer la pâte et l’étaler en un grand rectangle. La placer sur une plaque à pizza.

Préchauffer le four à 200°C.

Peler et émincer les oignons à la râpe; détailler la tranche de lard en petits dés et râper le gruyère.

Etaler la crème fraîche sur le fond de pâte, bien poivrer. Répartir sur le dessus les dés de lard, les oignons et le gruyère.

Enfourner pour une douzaine de minutes, jusqu’à ce que le dessus de la pizza soit bien doré.
